At worst it could be a Google ToS violation, but since they’re not saying it has to be a *good* review, even that isn’t an issue afaik
Yes it is legal, the Google reviews for restaurants in German are like yelp or other reviews.
It’s at least against google TOS

All kinds of lawyer webpages also say it’s illegal if the business gives out gift cards for ratings, no idea if it’s the same with champagne.
It’s illegal to pay for a POSITIVE review, not for the review itself.
