Yup. At least absolutely looks like it. Colors point to commies, though.
“White boy summer” is a reference to a meme, the rest is indeed a reference to the Hitler Youth. Might be some dark humour, but you’ll indeed come by a lot of actual propaganda/recruiting materials from various extremist organisations if you pay attention to stickers. Usually the nazi stuff gets scraped off pretty fast though. During covid the antivax/NWO stickers were fucking everywhere in my area.
