We noticed over the last months/years that Post Luxembourg is providing a worse service. They started by not ringing at the door and instead leaving a notice to pick up the package at the center. Today it has come to this: an electronic device delivery stuck at the door handle on a rainy day, obviously without ringing at home.
Here is a picture of the product afterwards.
Any recommendations on what to do? Post seems to not have any losing scenarios in this “thanks to” the delivery insurance provided by the seller.

Always worth sending an email to post with pictures elaborating the issue in a friendly tone.
Was this shipped like that without packaging around? If so the shipper is as much to blame for shitty packaging
