The process of sending the f-16s should have started six months ago. Then the extra fighters would now be available to launch missiles to drive the flying alligators away.
Now people with rose-colored glasses will come and explain that it’s no big deal, Russia is about to run out of steam and in general Russia has nothing to fight with and they don’t make any modern good equipment. Total underestimation of the enemy is in vogue here.
