Thank you all for the kind recommendations and special highlight to u/lactaaleaest21 for the big list. Cheers all and I hope my Google maps list will help others!

I really love Chiche the Middle Eastern restaurant now in Limpertsberg. Fantastic food, great staff and ambience.
Athena.
Good service, great quantity and quality
Currently a big fan of Girotondo – Italian place, with very nice staff (and a dedicated gluten free kitchen by the way)
Bazaar is the place I usually take visitors, so I’d probably say that.
I really love Ukulele
Got a few depending on the cuisine:
– Agave for Mexican
– Fama for Italian
– Um Dierfgen for Luxembourgish
– Mont-Saint-Lambert for Asian fusion
– Yokoso for Japanese/sushi
I have a list of at least 60 restaurants I love! 🙂
Here an extract:
Pizza (Calabria style): Bei der Auer, Girotondo
Greek: Athena, Souvlaki, Yamas
Luxembourgish: Mousel Cantine, Beim Zeutzius, Am Tiirmshen, La Fontaine, Brideler Stuff, Beierhaascht
Portuguese: Madeira Stuff, Le Puits magique, Vieille Ville, Odeon
Japanese: Tachi, Ramen shifu, Samurai
Fast food: Luxorino (opened a week ago), Lou’s Diner
Middle East: Le Riad
it has to be Kobe!
La Boucherie. Best quality/price ratio in VdL.
Bella Napoli & La torre for Pizza/Pasta.
Podenco (in Bertrange) or yamayu santatso in the centre
North bay in Bonnevoie, Best American dinner with Lous diner in Beidweiler
