So basically Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland all have been given funds to introduce at least some measures towards Omicron yet England are heads in the sand ignoring advice?
I can only imagine the PM was hoping to avoid Christmas restrictions which is just looking unlikely unless the rise in cases just isn’t taken into account.
