It’s me again. Somehow wanting to work in Germany seems like a huge obstacle for me.
So I applied for Statement of Comparability with ZAB with my unofficial transcript on 2nd June 2023. It was reassured by ZAB and the embassy back at home that I can certainly use my unofficial transcript to apply for it.
I have gotten the feedback from ZAB on 26 June 2023 with the following statement which states that my 4 years degree is formally comparable to the German degree or the term “Entspricht”
However, today on the 27 July. I received an email from the Ausländerbehörde stating that they emailed ZAB and ZAB told them that my degree is not comparable or “Bedingt vergleichbar”.
Now they are telling me they want to cancel my visa which I find it absolutely horrifying after having to move to Germany 3 weeks ago.
If anyone could advice me, please help me!
