So i was free diving in Lovran and found three Magazines 2 with bullets ( on one was the number 1981) in them they were in a leather bag which was in a plactic bag we took it to our apartment (vacation ) at first i wanted to take it home as a souvenir but now i think i will call the police tomorrow and they will take care of it

You should not touch anything that looks military. It might be mined. Landmines and mine traps might be operational after many decades. Or broken and unsafe.
(Although Lovran is nowehere near where the war was, you never know).
Also weapons might be evidence in some crime, so another reason not to touch them.

Those are magazines for Zastava m70(you can see by 2 paralell ribs at the bottom of the magazine), and bullets are M67 7.62×39 made in Igman konjica in bosnia from the looks of it,old war stash.
The salt water probably deactivated the bullets, but still do not carry it to the police station, call the police to come over to you and take it.
