My path in this direction began, like many others, in 2014, when during the Maidan I went to help in an improvised medical center in the building of trade unions. In those hottest days of February, looking around, a clear realization emerged that no other knowledge and skills can be worth more than the ability to help when a person is dying before your eyes. After that, after completing all possible training and being accredited at the military medical academy as a medical instructor, she engaged in the training of the mobilized. Time passed, and despite returning to civilian work, she tried to regularly update her knowledge at least once a year by taking additional training in this field. As it turned out – not in vain.

In February 2022, from the beginning of the full-scale war, she joined the team of Hospitallers, where, as part of a fantastic crew, they worked on evacuation during the Kyiv campaign, and then in the Ugledarsky direction. In the summer of the same year, she was mobilized to the military unit and continued to work as an evacuee medic, but already as a part of a combat unit, where they passed through Balaklia, Kupyansk, Kovsharivka, and already this year they worked a little in the Bakhmut-Soledar direction.

During this entire period, I met real people on my way – those with whom I worked side by side and those who supported and made our work possible. I am extremely grateful to meet each of you 🤍

  1. I have been following you from your first post and can’t imagine how your year must have been. I’m still happy to see posts from you! Especially when you are laughing on them!! Best wishes from Netherlands and keep up the good fight 💪

  2. You cannot be so old 🙂 Anyway, that’s huge experience. Very sorry to see that you had to gain it in such extreme conditions. Good luck. I hope you’ll have not too much work soon.

  3. Does the patch in the crotch of the uniform stretch? That is so smart. Everyone I served with in Afghanistan had the crotches off all their combat uniforms torn to shreds. Just normal kneeling, standing, crawling turned them to ribbons. Sometimes you liked the extra airflow but mostly it was aggravating

  4. May luck be with you on your journey. Slava Ukraine!! Stay safe!!
