This Slovak girl is basically making money by bashing her own country and exaggerating the good sides of China to attract some Chinese. But I still want to know if what she says is true. According to her, Praha is full of marijuana shops, and the whole city is like a red-light district where it’s unsafe for women to be out alone at night. She even thinks Czech Republic is a decadent country. Personally, I think she’s just blowing things out of proportion and getting off track, but since I’m not a local, I’m not sure. So, I wanted to ask you guys how would you evaluate her speech. I’m going to study at VŚE in September, and I really love the city’s scenery. I can’t wait to experience life in Praha!

  1. Nah, don’t listen to her. It’s nowhere near as she describes it.

  2. Lmfao.

I didn’t watch the video because translation is not avaible on YT but judging your summary that chick is exaggerating nut.

    1) Mariuhanna – > THC is forbidden but other cannabis products such as CBD, HHC or oils are legal. Just stay awaay from city center, those weed shops have really high prices.

    2) whole city is like a Red Light district – that made me laugh. They do exist but unless you deliberately look for them you won’t notice them at all. However if you are into that kind of fun I reccomend trying the private escort instead where you pay to the girl only. Or use your charisma and pick up some local chick.

    3) “It’s no safe for women to be outside alone” That’s one big BS. Czech is one of the most safe country with low crime-rate in the world so I wonder how deep did she put her finger into her ass to pull this statement up.

  3. I mean weed is illegal, so the tourist city centre is full of fake weed shops, they are just souvenir shops just baiting you inside

There are some nightclubs, anything like a red light district is wild since prostitution is not regulated with pimping being fully illegal, some night clubs exist randomly around the city, but nowdays prostitution moved online

Prague is one of the safest capitals in the world, that’s not disputed by anyone serious, the whole country is one of the safest in the world

But from an average Chineese perspective, we would probably be considered more decadend, we are much less strict with drugs, we do drink a decent amount, but we are also one of the safest countries on the planet

and we also are prospering and developing economically, I wouldn’t call what Prague looks like decadent, but colorful and very lively compared to the decay of the quiet grey place it used to be
