The fossil fuel conglomerates have realised that even traditional media can no longer hide the risks of climate change, so now they will attempt to gaslight us in new and exciting ways.
I’m reminded of the financial crash, caused by banking conglomerates who then did everything they could to get us to blame migrants and foreigners.

British public are so ripe to demonstrate their interesting brand of skepticism by lapping this sort of stuff up and then voting for Boris again next year and getting to use their favourite phrase again, “project fear”

Never mind that every single media outlet that’s covered this has said the same thing, it’s not just the Beeb. Or that people who are actually there are reporting these temperatures. I guess the kind of people who swallow this conspiracy bullshit get all their news from YouTube and Facebook memes so they’d never know
The BBC make it bad for themselves by publishing heat maps of Europe showing the UK as orange at a time when the average brit is avoiding rain & the weather is mild.
Stuff like that is going to make people have doubts about the entire story even if at it’s core the story is true it’s hard to not take these heat maps as trying to create a more dramatic story.
Neil has turned into a proper flat earther with all his denialism these days.
