What is it with parents stupidity and their love of giving their kids road-going machines they shouldn’t be anywhere near?
This was a common thing round my way in the midlands too. Saw one kid who couldn’t be over 16 doing wheelies down the road on a trail motorbike once. It’s absolute idiocy.
They should be charged along with the kid.
This bullshit really needs cracking down on, but I don’t see it happening soon with how badly police have been gutted. So I guess we just get to watch as it all goes to hell along with everything else in this shitehole of a country.
Hopefully, this will mean the police are allowed to start knocking bike theives off.

The scrotes stealing and using motorcycles for joy riding or other crimes. When will they be smashed off these and held accountable by judges.
There are YouTube and tik tok accounts dedicated to videoing and posting these acts.
Just yesterday Manchester police stabbed in the neck by a passer by. After dragging one of these off a stolen moped.
At the weekend a kid in Bradford died riding 2 up.. A quick investigation on Facebook shows the kid in a picture with bolt croppers in his hand. No helmet on a road bike etc.
