    I’m sure I watched a video of someone’s time undercover, felt they’d achieved something, and less than an hour later after getting the guy off the streets someone else had filled the void.

  3. Those are rookie numbers. The illicit drugs market is worth an estimated £9.4 billion pounds in the UK.
