
This might be a long shot but I’m dating this girl here in the US. She went to Iceland and said she had the most amazing mushroom soup she’s ever had in her life. She even went as far to say it would be her last meal request. Well I’d love to try to recreate it for her. She sent me this picture below and said it had green and blue “bubbles of flavor” in it. It looks like a broth heavy, light cream with maybe some wine in it? I asked where it was from and this is all she said “Some farm in the middle of nowhere Iceland”. I know that doesn’t help. I’m hoping this is just some well known way to prepare it. Any ideas?
