The pipe is leaking right in the faucet. The kitchen is included in the apartment, and the rent has a separate item. The leak wet an electrical outlet placed right below it (innovative design…)
Do I fix it and pay for it? Must the landlord fix and pay for it? I have already contacted him, but no answer so far. I do have insurance.
