Let’s just ignore the stupidity of this in terms of the climate. People can’t afford to have children. My SO and I earn a decent combined wage, but we would struggle to support even a single child. Try raising wages, and reducing the cost of living before asking us to reproduce your future employees.

Cutting child benefits, cutting measures to help families, not supporting anti pollution and GHG policies, having the most expensive childcare costs in the world, crumbling schools, creating an NHS crisis and a Tuition fees crisis are all very curious way of promoting families and parenthood.
