I have been using d-ticket for a month and everything is ok. I am planning to make a trip to Berlin in a few days, but when searching for a route in the DB application, I get a partial fare price. I only have regional transport selected in the filters, I used to travel around the area on RB and RE trains and it didn’t show me the extra amount. I’m not from Germany, can someone explain to me where this price comes from?

I don’t understand your question. You have a D-Ticket, you don’t need to buy another ticket.
“partial fare” is when DB cannot offer you single tickets for the entire route – has nothing to do with D ticket though.
Both RB and RE will be covered by D-Ticket
Both trains are not run by Deutsche Bahn, but by other companies (Abellio and ODEG) – maybe that’s why the DB app provides a partial fare price only?
However, you can use the D-ticket on both trains.
All clear now, thanks for your help 😀
