2. It really just depends… if I go out or not. When I do, I always have a limit: no more than 40pln per a meal. I also shop around a lot and I buy some things in bulk online (e.g. sugarfree/glutenfree foods and vegan milk). I buy the more expensive/high end meat products (I’m not vegan :P). And I only eat “healthy” snacks and sweets. I don’t drink alco or coffee. That said it’s about 600-900pln per month (1 person).
