Why Ireland’s official housing targets are (probably) way off the mark

  1. Ireland needs to have a good think about building tall in places like Dublin, and whether it is feasible to move people and jobs north of the border or the north west of Ireland.

  2. Jobs need to be outside of Dublin also. But for some reason, every big company just wants Dublin…

  3. The UK needs to build 300,000 a year for the next 30 years to alleviate the current housing crisis (replacements & new builds)
