Hey there! I need your advice on that:
My smart neighbour blocks a parking spot with his scooter (which he never drives, only leaves it to have the spot reserved for his car).
It’s very difficult to find parking where I live and I unfortunately need my car and can’t get rid of it at the moment. It’s very frustrating to see how someone literally reserves a parking spot infront of their entrance disregarding the struggle of other people.
Is there anything I could do?

No that’s actually legal. Scooters are legally counting the same as cars in parking. (Unless there is a dedicated scooter parking space nearby)
You can only try to ask him nicely
There’s nothing wrong here, the Scooter is legally parked.
