In the Sumy region, for over one year a guy stored and was taking care of a Russian T-80 which he might have considered as his own trophy

  1. That’s hilarious! Didn’t one guy turn one into a farm tractor?

  2. Did he trophy it or is he just so convincing, he got the ruzzians to hand it over to him?

  3. Well this explains russian claims that Ukraine uses civilian housing for military purpose…it was just farmers storing loot 😀

  4. If I remember correctly this kind of thing was encouraged by the Ukrainian government early in the war when they declared that citizens did not have to pay taxes on recovered Russian vehicles.

  5. Another T-80U? Does Russia even have any U models remaining?

  6. When the war is over, I hope this guy gets the tank back.

  7. There’s a guy that has a decommissioned Soviet-built T-34-85 medium tank, which used to be located on the corner of Mandela Way and Page’s Walk in Bermondsey, London, England.

He had previously allegedly obtained permission for the installation of a “tank” there, assumed by council officials to mean a septic tank.

  8. I’ve got a good upper and lower, just need some optics…..

  9. Do militaries not keep trackers on their equipment? Especially stuff as expensive as a tank, I know it’s unlikely that one could be just lost but surely it’d be beneficial to know where your equipment is

  10. I’m pretty sure lots of those tanks being towed by tractors are in someone’s sheds now… And I would probably do same thing

  11. Lol, as we say in Ukraine, that will come handy in the household
