DPP may appeal ‘lenient’ jail term handed to two men for taking man’s lifeless body into Carlow post office to claim pension

1. There was a Court of Appeal case a few weeks ago where they agreed the sentence was too lenient but because the person had been released already they didn’t force him to serve any further time.

   That might happen here too
