  1. Probably Cyprus’ most beautiful coastline if you like pristine nature. So enjoy it while it lasts as there’s almost zero chance they won’t fuck it up.

  2. I was there once, and I found that lower part has zero food entries. We drive 200 km, went into every village and found no food sources, except of one shop.

May be I was unlucky, but it was.

  3. If we had any brains, it would have been the cancun of the Mediterranean.

    Hotel strip.

  4. Donkeys from the gate almost to the very tip on the road. Also very beautiful scenario and forest.. I was awestruck.

  5. i heard that the reason its so well preserved and not ruined by cheap concrete hotels is because acccess to it was restricted for a long time (even to Turks and Turkish Cypriots) by the Turkish army that used it for military or exercises?

Now its more open but seems that plans are underway to develop it. I see a lot of signs saying plots for sale etc but before those didnt exist.

overall amazing area and highly recommend people to visit it

  6. It’s still beautiful and the beaches are amazing. Nice and quiet but the quality of the food is far from what it used to be. Especially the fish.
