  1. Good. Always lovely to see a rich wanker lose in court and the high court gave an awful judgement in the first place.

  2. As I understand it, the land owner’s argument was that because it involved sleeping, camping wasn’t recreation and therefore not protecting by the current law covering Dartmoor Commons.

    Imagine how funny it would have been if the judge had agreed with that but therefore it conferred tenancy rights on wild campers instead?

  3. Brilliant news. That said, I think there should be stricter punishments for littering. People who litter fuck it up for everyone else. No doubt the tosser will try and take it to the supreme court but a good decision none the less.
