I very much hope it doesn’t improve tbh. Bloody love the rain
Improve to what? 40c again? stop fucking complaining and enjoy not being cooked
If by ‘improve’ they mean less rain then sure, but the temperature is great. Consistent low 20s means I’m not cold and not uncomfortably hot, it’s the ideal middle ground.
While my heart truly bleeds for people who enjoy 30C+ weather, I hope it stays fucked off for the rest of the summer.
Hopefully soon cos this summer has been depressing af
hopefully this weekend… I’m camping and hate camping in the rain
I don’t understand how we can look at the record breaking heatwaves, wildfires and evacuations around the globe and somehow feel disappointed that we’ve had a milder summer so far.
Be happy we’re not melting.
I’ll take rain and gloomy weather any time of day, thanks.
i saw the yellow whatsit up high last saturday. that meant it was summer already.
I’m happy with a mild summer, but not a grey and wet one. I really thrive off sunshine (not heat) and the constant grey is just killing me.
According to the Met Office’s long term forecast, it’s going to basically rain / be unsettled, until the end of August. Hopefully that means a late, summer as my friends are getting married at the end of September so a sunny hot day would be nice for the big day.
the problem is awful humidity as always, even though its raining you are still sweating and uncomfortable
I prefer what we have now to what we had last year
Every year, just as the kids leave school for summer holidays, every parent in the UK says something along the lines of “wow, the weather went bad just as the summer holidays kick in. Poor kids”. Like we’re all surprised
That’s a shame. Hopefully we get some drier sunshine in September at least.
When it bloody well feels like it and not before.
About 1/5 summers is like this. I dealt with it by buying a new video card and playing some games.
