Seems that despite the insistence of some that they were just hanging out and sitting by cars there were 317 speeding offences and over 90 other sanctions.
Surprisingly only 4 towed and only 2 needed further inspections.
All this despite it being pretty obvious they were about to do some kind of crackdown…
