Rishi Sunak under pressure over California talks with healthcare firms last week

  1. Before anyone gets in a panic over the word ‘healthcare’ in the same headline as anything vaguely American, the company he met is a US biotech firm that is providing a new cancer treatment to the NHS, not a private healthcare provider.

They are a world leader in the genomic engineering industry, so this is essentially the equivalent of him meeting with Siemens, Philips or GSK, who are also large corporations that supply the NHS.

  2. When will he be “under pressure” for arbitrarily deciding to ‘Exclude’ 3+ million from coronavirus business support because it was ‘too high risk for fraud’, despite billions provably having been defrauded from furlough and other schemes with seemingly no consequence?

And tens of billions siphoned off to Tory donors on his watch?

Let’s put a bit of pressure on there too, eh?

  3. The NHS needs to be more efficient. They just hoover up money, and not much changes for the better.

Edit:- why would anyone downvote a post suggesting more efficiency? you want to wait 3 weeks to see your GP? LOL. I’m all for the revolution stuff but its angry immaturity.

By the way family members are doctors and work within the NHS. They say this…
