  2. And housing and health etc? Honestly, in other perfectly civilised countries I have experience of,this lack of data or reasonable control over immigration would be considered ludicrous.

    So taking the place of someone who wanted to go on a masters course for the qualification rather than the entry into the country.

    And why did he flee? Because of his politics clashing with police eh? Can the newspaper ask for more info about that on the off chance that he has some extreme political beliefs we should be aware of?
