The cluster bomblet dud-rate issue has been so overblown by the stupid world press. If a country is being invaded and uses cluster munitions on its OWN LAND then the benefits must far outweigh the risks. Ukraine will be de-mined on a ridiculous level post-war. I’m quite confident there won’t be many non-exploded bomblets lying around “for kids to find and pick up”.
I’m so glad the cluster bombs were already stocked in huge numbers so they could be immediately be shipped from the USA to Ukraine.
