For Bosnian Serbs getting sanctioned by the US or EU is just like 90s/2000s rappers getting shot, all it does is increase the credibility you have amongst your (political) fanbase.
Have you heard about how they use Bosnia and Croatia to circumvent sanctions on Russian oil? Who are “they”? Just the usual “they” I guess.
Until Dodik and his pawns are not arrested nothing will change, this will just raise their rating on political scene.
