My neighbour is flying this flag. His balcony already got graffiti once calling him racist. What is this flag exactly?

1. This flag means “I’m a neo-Nazi but also too cowardly to defend my convictions in court”.

   From my point of view, that’s just a dog whistle however.

3. The Nazi Flag is outlawed. The Red/White one with the Swastika. So they resort to Flags of the KaiserReich. Its a dogwhistle and makes it very likely your neighbour is a Nazi or uninformed and nationalistic or an edgy Asshole.

4. The flag the German Empire used for their colonies. He either is a whacky monarchist or a Nazi. Since the Empire committed a brutal genocidal campaign against the Hereto and Nama people of modern Namibia under this flag, it is racist, if he is a Nazi or a whacky monarchist.

5. It was a flag of germany during ww1, before the Nazi stuff. I don’t know exactly what they’re trying to convey though
