I have some questions about the repair. We are renting the apartment from an agency. It’s a neubau in Berlin.
1. Is this something we can fix ourselves? (We know nothing about this stuff tbh)
2. If we hire someone, what to look for, as in the term in German.
3. How much would something like this cost?
4. Would the Haftpflicht or Hausrat or Haftpflicht versicherung cover it?
