1. I once had two large bags to return and went at 1 a.m. on a Tuesday – met an elderly Maltese couple at the machine who agreed this was the best time.

   BCRS should do a live map like Enemalta that shows which ones are operational, to what percentage they’re full, when they will be emptied, and which ones have a wasp infestation.
