A few people asked me about my 7 month weight loss journey after various posts.

17 stone to 12.5 stone.

Everyone is different and we all have challenges.. try to pick one concrete driver to do it and keep doing it.. not dying, not being on tablets, for your kids, for your partner etc..

It might seem like it’s hard work and a long slow painful trek but don’t start out with the mad gym regime. Take a walk every day, eat a little less processed food every day.

  1. Good job, keep up the good work, I keep starting and stopping. I have to become disciplined and achieve my goal. Stuff like this is motivating but as I’ve found out motivation is a lie.
