Hi, guys I’m curtly on an vacation in Riga. And I wanted to order Velo the problem is Bolt what’s an Smart ID, the problem is I can’t make on cause I’m not an Latvian citizen.
Can anybody give me his personal code so I can order?

No, death to boltists.
No one will give you their personal code, because it is really sensitive information, like social security number in america, besides they have to check your ID upon delivery, so faking it wouldnt make any difference.
Your best bet is to go to a Cirkle K or any other gas station near you and picking it up yourself.
