Hi guys, first of all, i hope this post doesn’t get removed because i maybe deemed as not relevant for the subreddit. I’m a non european working in berlin in an employment visa for skilled worker (not blue card) for the past two years. Now I’m changing jobs and joining a new company exactly when I’m getting to the two year mark working under my current employer. I tried getting in touch with the Landesamt für Einwanderung, have been trying to book an appointment for the past month in order to change my job permit to no avail. I also came across a [link](https://service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/326856/en/) which vaguely says that i don’t need to amend my work visa if I’ve already worked under an employer for two years. None of the people in my circle of friends have any idea regarding that rule. Can you guys help me out and let me know if you went through a similar sitution or if you know anyone who went through the same? Cheers!
