You have to find the next tenant, if you want to move out? That’s ridiculous. The whole contract is protecting the landlord more then the tenant, it’s just pushy. All those fines, clearly the sanest landlord in Krakow.
75ziko for a chaser via email or sms xD saddest thing is that somebody will eventually take this room and sign this bullshit. But anyways if contract contains abusive paragraphs they’re being excluded from the agreement. You can reach for help in UOKiK in that matter.
