Well there’s a video i can’t bring myself to watch.
I feel like a 5 year ban is pretty lenient, why not make it lifetime? If the guy was willing to kick his dog 15 times you can be pretty sure this wasn’t the first time he did it.

Should be for much longer than that, although I feel quite pessimistic about the ban being enforced/monitored. They usually aren’t.

I watched it for you. There’s nothing to see other than abuse.
It’s what you would expect. The person in this video needed far more of a punishment than received. Blaming it on alcohol was just an excuse and someone like this needs serious intervention.
There’s also no way on earth this person should EVER be allowed to own another pet. Period. That’s a failing of the state.
