I think there is no norm for the fitting of these things, so you would be quiet lucky to find fitting covers. I’m afraid that you probably will need to buy a full system for the three sockets. Which also means that, formally, you will need an electrician to reconnect the leftmost socket. You may connect the others yourself, but not the plug socket. I think I would try to saw the plastic part of the leftmost socket off and then hope that I don’t destroy the thing. Then just buy new sockets for the two right sockets.
The right one is a cover for Antenne / Fernsehantenne. You can look for Antennensteckdose, maybe combined with the word “Blende” or “Schutz”. The middle one is Telefonsteckdose / TAE NFN Steckdose.
