The results may be skewed by Bray and Greystones. Arklow – and Wicklow town – was still relatively affordable last time I checked.
I haven’t been in Ireland long enough, but even I hope to buy a place in Wicklow someday, if I decide to stay here forever.

Blessington is great value. 10 mins drive from Dublin, 3 bed houses still available for 300k ish or less.
The difference is by only €1000 apparently, and Dublin 6 prices dropped by 28%. I’m assuming the prices were mad inflated last year and this is just an adjustment from that as it’s one of the most expensive eircodes in the country.
Rathmines/Ranelagh is a fantastic place to live though if you can afford it.
