It’s beautiful building tho…
The main problem is the gigantic parking. If the area is better utilized then it could become nice again. Maybe it’s controversial, but I’d also remove the low part of the Palace of Culture, leaving just the tower and incorporating some more tasteful buildings and a small grid of streets around. And a better park of course.
