In addition there are only 30 properties to rent on daft for the city and suburbs but 600 on airbnb etc.
Yet we are told time and time again by FFFG and people on here that airbnb is not an issue.

The legislation can’t work without some level of enforcement.
I’d be willing to bet County Council’s are terrified of trying to do so.
You only need planning permission if you do more than 90 days p.a.of short term lets.
And a short term let is aything below 14 days, so if you let it to someone for 15 days it’s not classed as a short term let
