Hello. I’ve been living in Switzerland for ~3 years. I have had an account with some stocks (modic sum, < 3k CHF) that I forgot about since few weeks ago. I want to move that account in Switzerland, but I do not receive the tax declaration form as I am on a B permit and taxed at source. What legal procedure do I need to follow? As I read [here](https://www.postfinance.ch/en/private/needs/investing-in-simple-terms/paying-tax-on-shares-in-switzerland.html#:~:text=With%20Swiss%20shares%2C%2065%25%20of,shares%20is%20simply%20a%20safeguard.), you need to fill the tax form and dividends (35%) will be deducted from the overall taxes you pay (but I am taxed at source).
I do not know how this tax form works for guys taxed at source.
