The main issue here is the court cost, not racism. Justice comes at price and most people can’t afford the price, thus they cannot get the justice. I would speculate this is not related to Switzerland only, but to most European countries.
Why does the UN often go for the soft targets, and rarely seem to turn their gaze to the countries that everyone knows are terrible for women, minorities, and LGBT?
