There’s an amount of cocaine that’s under the limit?
As a long-time and active trade union member, I usually side with the worker in all these cases out of default. But this lad seems like a bit of a disaster. Maybe more counseling should have been provided to him, but there isn’t really any excuse for the coke. He probably was having bumps at work.
So it’s perfectly acceptable to have just a smidgen of cocaine before work? I’m not advocating drug use, but that headline is hilarious.
This guy when behind the wheel of heavy machinery killed someone and then a few years later was sacked for trying to operate heavy machinery when apparently intoxicated with cocaine.
That union are a fucking disgrace for appealing this. Whatever his demons, and I do sympathise, he has no right to again risk the lives of others.
