Saw this lad driving slowly down George’s Street earlier. Beeping, waving and reacting to people giving him cheers/abuse. Is this an irish lad with head problems or a yank living here.

    He’s probably histrionic and has an insatiable need for attention. He probably thought that this would be the best way to garner attention. He has the shield of anonymity with his helmet too, so it’s the best of both worlds for him. It’s similar to online trolls.
