  1. light sweet crude is always appreciated, it will fuel the transition economy

    but the plan that 0.4 trillion is supposed to make anything a top economy is nonsense. USA alone runs X-trillion deficits EVERY YEAR

    the underinvestments in russia over the past 20 years are in the X-trillions and the environmental damages from the climate changes are going to be of a similar size by the end of the decade?

    Either way, how big is the 400-billion package for a country? What can it do? Is that even enough to modernize the whole power generating and distribution infrastructure? …possibly, but we are being told that Germany is going to spend more, much more, just on that front. That kind of money can be easily blown on just some planes and ships. Should that happen, nobody would be better off, and even those projects would have been finished only halfway.
