I think it’s a bit misleading since this disgram counts “exports” within the EEA, such as Germany -> France. It would be interesting to see how it would look with the EEA taken into account.
The exports from EU countries to other EU countries inside the **single market** are kind of fraud in this kind of analysis. Its like counting goods moving from California to Connecticut and then adding them all up.
Eg. 26% of Dutch “exports” are mainly to Germany. 71% of their exports are to European Single Market (ie, Europe excluding UK and other non-ESM countries) which are not “exports” in the real sense of the term, but merely moving of goods inside a single market/customs area.
Well screw you, top 9. We didn’t want to be inside of the box anyway.
We also need a chart per capita.
Russia’s result is pathetic, considering the natural resources and the population. Poland together with Czechia beat Russia.
