There is a new satellite image of the recently damaged ship “Olenyegorskii Gornyak”. The Russians, with the help of other vessels, try to keep it on the surface

  1. Would be a shame if those ships all made a big target for Ukraine.
    /S

  2. They’re bunched up so nicely. Not an enticing target at all /s

  3. I looked like a 40 degree list when she was being towed to the berth that means massive internal flooding and that means lots of bulkheads gone. I doubt very much she will ever leave that berth again never mind sail anywhere else.

  4. Looks like a target rich location to me.
Send a few more naval drones their way.

  5. The Ukrainian drone was successfully intercepted with the ships haul

  6. The poor American P-8 Poseidon crew that must be loitering 50 miles away at the moment, lusting to unleash four AGM-84L Harpoon on this clusterfuck

  7. Its probably listing, so they just rammed a bunch of boats to keep it stable.

  8. First thing that came to mind when I read this was “attack again, attack now Ukraine” I’m glad to see so many of my compadres in the comments agree with me.

  9. The hull is obviously compromised and 1970’s electronics submerged in saltwater is probably going to be a nightmare to repair but I don’t really know much about it. I imagine this was the perfect ship to disable since it’s a transport ship that could help resupply Crimea once all the land routes are cut off.

  10. One big torpedo right in the bull’s eye / under the center of the package… too sad this won’t happen.
