Continue to make obscene amounts of money, but it’s ok, they’re taking away the term black market which is in no way racist
Do black people actually find it a racist term or is it white people trying to change things in fear of offending others?
hysterical reaction to a turn of phrase, but whatever.
I get all my news from the Malaysia sun. They cover local fetes and everything.
I always thought it was black as in “shadow/shady”, does it actually have something to do with race ?
The phrase black market alway referred to it Being dimly lit, or so I assumed. How is it racist?
I never thought the term black market was an official designation, always assumed it was to do with illegal trading such as “selling organs on the black market”.
Market of colour then is it?
Everyone finds this stupid but nobody seems willing to criticise the ideology that created the climate in which this is considered a desirable move to make…
